In listing with allhomes.com.au , you will have the ability to add the below information:

- Up to 20 photographs;
- Inspection and/or auction details; and
- Important property documents e.g., EER Report, floor plans;
The below will automatically accompany your listing if available:
- Inclusion in search database;
- Block information map & vital statistics;
- Area map including planning zones, easements and land countour information;
- Details on nearby facilities;
- Historic sales information;
- Realtime counter of listing views; and
- Access to sales listing available 24 hours a day.
Your private sale advertisement will remain on allhomes.com.au for a period of 9 months or until the property is sold, withdrawn or handed to an agent for marketing.
N.B. Once a property has sold, it is a requirement that the listing is marked as such and the achieved sale price is included.

Important information for ACT Property Owners
The Civil Law (Sale of Residential Property) Act 2003 (the Act) stipulates the following documentation must be completed before an ACT property can be advertised or marketed for sale in the ACT.
A Contract for Sale – including Title Search and Crown Lease (a standard contract
a solicitor can prepare for you)
An Energy Efficiency Rating Report (not applicable for sale of vacant land)
A Building Inspection*
A Pest Inspection*
Note: *Applicable to Houses/Townhouses/Villas – not applicable to: land only sales; properties in multi-storey structures (Units/Apartments); or off-the-plan properties/newly-built-properties.
There is a specific field in the listing form where you must include the Energy Efficiency Rating (EER). Failure to comply with this may result in prosecution by the Office of Regulatory Services.
The Act states 'A seller of residential property commits an offence if the required documents are not all available for inspection by a prospective buyer at all times when an offer to buy the property may be made to the seller'.
