Loreen Clarke

Loreen Clarke’s love affair with property has been nurtured over two-and-a-half decades. 

Born in Sydney, Loreen began buying and selling houses for herself and her family 20 years before relocating to Canberra in 2005, where she embraced an opportunity to put her carefully-honed knowledge of real estate into a full-time career. 

At Peter Blackshaw in Belconnen, Loreen’s personal experience and easy familiarity with every aspect of the industry – as a purchaser, seller, renovator, builder, landlord and tenant – has made her a naturally skilled marketing agent with an enormous advantage over many of her rivals. Loreen has a deep insight into the feelings and aspirations of everyone involved in the sales process as well as a firm understanding of what’s required to make a sale efficient and profitable in circumstances that can often be stressful and demanding. 

And in a world that can often be cynical about honesty and integrity, Loreen also has a genuinely altruistic approach to her profession – she loves the feeling that her work is appreciated and may have made a positive difference to someone’s life. 

Loreen has three children and a loving husband whom she met in high school, so she’s well aware of the pressures of family life. 

Outside her long working hours she adores animals – particularly horses and dogs – and has an unquenchable passion for netball.
