Phyllis Tidmarsh

I’m a Canberra girl – born and bred – although I did leave the area and took up residency in the Snowy Mountains for 25 years!

With my sporting background and attraction to the mountains I inevitably became a competent skier whilst working and travelling through Europe and America’s ski resorts.

My outgoing personality and genuine interest in people steered me towards a career in the hospitality industry at an early age. A definite highlight for our family was owning and operating a bed and breakfast lodge in Jindabyne.

With my husband in the building industry and our interest in buying, selling and renovating numerous homes including our ski lodge, my attraction towards real estate became stronger over time and resulted in gaining valuable knowledge within the industry. My experience has included Personal Assistant roles, residential sales, property management, and the selling of rural land in NSW for a successful developer.

I joined the Elders Belconnen Team in early 2008 as Sales and Marketing Assistant to Sales Director, Troy Reddick. I am now honoured to be working alongside Troy as a Sales Consultant and his business partner.

I have dedicated work ethics, am an enthusiastic team player, fun loving and have an abundance of energy. I have a great eye for detail and always strive for perfection in any task I undertake.

Assisting people with their real estate needs is my passion. My skills, expertise and the commitment I have bought with me to Elders Real Estate will result in a successful real estate outcome for you.
