Why? We are located next to Handyman’s Trading Post and Down Memory Lane. All week-end there is traffic visiting those premises. What do people think of our building?

They love it. Many people tell us they want to live in it.

The entry is impressive – Queensland maple doors from an old nunnery, and most of the doors throughout the building are from Old Parliament House.

How much space is there?

In total, approximately 600 sqm on two floors (plus 290 sqm parking area).

We are open to considering someone renting the whole building or part of it.

If you only want part, we’ll renovate the back of the building (which has a separate entrance) and use that, leaving you with some 350 sqm on two floors.


There are two separate toilet/bathrooms, three training rooms (large, medium and small) which could easily be converted into offices, two main breakout areas, two roller door entrances, two mezzanines (front and back) for equipment or storage, a separate 40 sqm office area, a reception area and stationery work area, wooden entry doors, polished floors as well as carpeted areas. There is Cat 6 cabling throughout the building…and 290 sqm designated parking associated with the building.


$250 + GST per sqm. Total depends on how much room you need. We’re open to potential expansion if you only need part of it now but want the option to grow.
