Tennis Coaching, Training and Playing Opportunities

The Canberra Tennis Academy® (CTA) aims to provide tennis coaching, training and playing opportunities for anyone wanting to learn and improve. The business has been operating since 1995 and has introduced thousands of children and adults to the game.

The CTA has grown to become the pre-eminent tennis coaching business in the Capital region, employing some of the Territories best coaches and producing many players who have gone on to higher accolades and who continue to love the game. If you have a three year old child or are an adult wanting to learn, we have a class that will suit you!

The CTA’s head coach and owner, Andrew Bulley, is well respected in the industry. He has achieved the Tennis Australia “High Performance” coaching qualification and also has a Sports Science degree from the University of Canberra. With over 20 years of coaching and playing experience, Andrew and his staff are ready to help you on court!

LOCATIONS
The Canberra Tennis Academy is based at the O’Connor Tennis Club but provides tennis coaching services on both the Northside and Southside of Canberra

HOLIDAY COACHING
During school holiday periods, the CTA runs School Holiday Tennis Camps for children aged between 4 and 16. The camps are run by a qualified Tennis Australia Coach and assistant coaches where required .

School Holiday Tennis Camps
All Day: 9:00 – 4:00pm

Come and join the CTA coaches for a fun and active school holiday tennis camp! Children are placed into groups with others of similar age and abilities and are taken through a variety of lessons, drills and games. Our goal is to have everyone ready to play matches at the end of the week!


TERM COACHING
All tennis coaching classes and match play are based on A.C.T school terms which are generally 10 weeks long. Each class is run by a qualified Tennis Australia Coach and assistant coaches where required.
