James, Anette and I thank you for really extraordinary care of our Boxer LouLou. I was impressed with your clinic, equipment and the team that support you but… You really have shown great customer care as well. For you to call our home to check on her, spend as much time as you have explaining the issues and exploring solutions is beyond the call of duty. Frankly, there is not a vet in the Southern Highlands that offers the same degree of care and all round value.
