About Daniel Moddel

Senior Property Manager and the appointed head of the Property Management team at LJ Hooker Coogee, Daniel Moddel has experience and ability that is far beyond his years. With expertise in accounting, I.T. and database management, Daniel is focused on building the Property Management side of the business and making LJ Hooker Coogee THE agency to call. Part of the new breed of Property Managers, Daniel sees his role as a lifelong career rather than just a stepping stone on the way to a sales position. With a father who was both a carpenter and involved in strata maintenance, Daniel grew up with an invaluable understanding of the management and maintenance fields. Hard working, focused and dedicated to each property as if it were his own, Daniel knows that relationships are everything. As a result, many of Daniel’s clients have followed him wherever his career has taken him – a vote of confidence that is hard to argue with. Although an Eastern Suburb’s local, Daniel also has vast experience in the CBD and Lower North Shore which allows him to offer an all encompassing service to his clients. As many investors do not limit their interests to one specific area, Daniel’s understanding of the nuances of each locality offers his clients a far greater peace of mind. Conscientious, thorough and systematic with a friendly demeanour and a strong work ethic, Daniel is respected by colleagues, landlords and tenants alike. What more could you want in someone looking after your greatest asset?
