Welcome to Swan St. Realty! We are a country team with plenty of real estate and commercial experience. Come in and say g’day. We know the Hunter Valley and the opportunities available to buy quality rural and residential property. We are servicing our clients from the beaut old former CBC Bank building (c. 1889) in Swan Street Morpeth. Come in and have a yarn, we are pretty well always open, and we are country people with no frills and often you will find the office humming some good old music, but more importantly you'll always get a friendly welcome. We take pride in looking after people. "Come in and say G'day" The Area: A panorama embracing some of the richest and prettiest agricultural lands in the state. Miles of rich green fields stretching along the banks of the Hunter and the Paterson rivers, commonly termed the garden of the Hunter River. Fertile flats intersected by farms with beautiful crops enlivened by the comfortable looking farm houses. To the right is Hinton, a village where roofs show bold against the background of green pastures. Then towards West Maitland you see Largs, Bolwarra and Woodville and in the background woody hills from whose heart flow the Paterson and William rivers. Early years the steamships maintained a speed and reliable service to the Maitland district prolonged the role of the river as the principal transport in the Hunter Valley. The former CBC Bank (c. 1889) with a central porch accent to the cast iron verandah, now the home of Swan Street Realty. Servicing the beautiful rural plains towns of Morpeth, Hinton, Largs, Bolwarra, Paterson, Clarencetown and Duckenfield.
