About Michael Kennedy

Michael Kennedy is a name long associated with Wagga Wagga real estate with a career spanning some 20 years. His local knowledge and remarkable aptitude for property recall has contributed to the successful closure of more than 2,500 transactions and close to $400 million in accumulated sales. With extensive experience in the marketing of residential and commercial property, Michael specialises in residential subdivisions and house and land packages and has had involvement in some of Wagga’s largest unit developments including the landmark Fitzmaurice Street Centennial Gardens. While Michael is not one to brag – we like to do it for him! He is the recipient of innumerable industry accolades and awards and as an industry stalwart has mentored other agents and students in a capacity as Sales Manager and TAFE instructor. Michael has played an enormous role in the prominence of the PRDnationwide brand in Wagga Wagga having commenced his association as a salesperson before purchasing a share in the business, then known as Nationwide Realty Mcgilvray. After 10 years as a Principal and Director he sold his partnership and is again enjoying a consultant’s role. Michael is well known and highly regarded within sporting circles as a coach and player for both Wagga Kangaroos RLFC and Wagga Brothers RLFC, basketballer, cricketer and has had involvement in junior sports including junior rugby league and soccer. Michael's latest passion is lifeline technique - a method for harmonising the negative beliefs that people hold about themselves, breathwork, yoga and meditation.
