A licensed real estate agent, stock and station agent and auctioneer, Richard has been working in the real estate industry since 1985 when he relocated to Melbourne from his home town of Berrigan to take up a position in Residential Property Management department of Baillieu Knight Frank (SY) Pty Ltd. Richard has since worked in several markets covering residential, commercial, industrial and rural sectors. In 1990 Richard moved to Double Bay in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs where he spent 7 years selling prestigious real estate and for his efforts featured in Business Review Weekly after concluding a number of water front sales in this highly competitive market. In 1997, Richard moved to Thailand to manage Colliers Jardine (Thailand) Limited, an international real estate consultancy business with offices in more than 50 countries, then in 2001 transferred to Jakarta to head up Colliers operations in Indonesia. Managing a staff of up to 140, Richard has gained great insight on the management of people; this together with his knowledge of property and marketing enables Richard to assist clients in many ways.
