From the children through to the adults, everyone has been thought of in the setting up of this beautiful property.

Serenity Shores is conveniently located on the ground level, and is complimented with private front and rear yards that combine to give the property a very open and spacious feel. A wide side access connects the yards, allowing guests with equipment such as kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and bikes, to easily move gear between the two. Hosing off the days salty and sandy adventures is made easy, with a hose conveniently located in each yard. The property is fully fenced with lockable gates, keeping children safe whilst playing outside.

The property has 3 bedrooms, all featuring queen beds with quality pillow top mattresses. The third bedroom also features a set of bunks. Beds will be beautifully made up with fresh linen ready for your arrival. All linen, including quilt covers, is professionally laundered after every booking. Beach towels are also provided.

All 3 bedrooms have adjustable wall mounted LCD monitors with built in DVD players - great for the kids at the end of a long day, so don't forget the DVDs!

**Please note - all the walls in this property are masonry, meaning each room is near on sound proof when the doors are closed. At the end of the day, the adults can wind down in total peace and serenity if the children are watching movies/playing games in the back bedrooms. Also, this property does not share a common wall with the apartment next door - as is the case with most apartment/unit style accommodation. Essentially, the clever design and high quality build of this complex means this property is a lot quieter than most holiday 'house' accommodation.

Both the main bedroom and lounge room have television reception and Bluetooth soundbars. The lounge room also features a Bluray player.

Hi speed WiFi will more than handle guests wanting to stream movies/data to their devices.

The property features two bathrooms. Both showers feature 'Methven' Aurajet shower heads. Put simply, these heavenly shower heads will give you a totally indulgent and unforgettable shower experience! The shower heads are both height adjustable and removable, making life especially easy for guests with children come 'shower time'. Pictured in the main bathroom is a stand alone bath where you can soak away the hours in total bliss.

The modern kitchen is extremely well stocked. High quality appliances and cookware will satisfy the fussiest if wanting to cook/entertain on their holiday - all appliances, cookware and cutlery will be spotlessly clean. The BBQ chef can cook up a storm on the world renowned Heatlie BBQ, boasting a huge 10mm hot plate with warming drawer. Gas for the BBQ is supplied courtesy of Serenity Shores.

For those lazy afternoons/evenings, there's an endless selection of tantalising cuisines from Huskisson's many cafes/restaurants - all within close walking distance.

Other features include high ceilings and two air conditioners - one in the main bedroom and one in the lounge room. There's a beautifully balanced indoor/outdoor flow with the lounge room and main bedroom opening up onto the verandah, BBQ, and front lawn area. Given the property faces east, this entire front area is shaded during the hot summer, creating a very comfortable oasis for guests to enjoy during those hot afternoons.

Two foam surfboards and a few boogie boards are provided for the children to enjoy when visiting one of the bay's beautiful beaches. For the adults there's Jervis Bay Kayak and Paddlesports Co (2 min walk). They have one of Australia's largest stand up paddle board and kayak hire establishments, and regularly conduct kayak tours around the bay.

There is a wide lockable front gate, making life easy for guests with kayaks/SUP boards and other holiday gear. Kayaks can be wheeled from the front lawn across to White Sands park and down onto the beach. Guests with bicycles will also appreciate the direct access straight onto the secure front lawn area. A beach cart is also provided for transporting gear to and from the beach.

There is secure parking for 2 cars in the double garage, and unsecured parking for a third car or boat. The garage is set back and opens onto the laneway that runs between Bowen and Nowra Street. Access to the garage is extremely easy with plenty of room to manoeuvre.

The unit is fastidiously looked after (cleaned and maintained) by us - the owners. Serenity Shores is our business and reputation. To ensure the highest standard of finish prior to your arrival, we do not book same day change overs. This allows up to 28 hours if required to prepare the unit for your arrival. We strive for an attention to detail that would be found in our own home. If we go on holidays we close Serenity Shores while we're away.

There is strictly no smoking or pets allowed on the premises. No smoking on the premises includes both the front and rear yards.
