Heading upstairs you are greeted by a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with ceiling fans, air conditioning, dishwasher, large flat screen TV + DVD player and dining for all six guests. Flowing through the large bi-fold doors the living continues outside onto a large entertaining deck with BBQ. A 2nd bedroom features another Queen size bed plus built-in robes and study nook.
Perched on the top level is a fantastic loft space which can be used as a sitting area, the perfect place to curl up with a book and enjoy the outlook. This space can also be utilised as a 3rd bedroom with a Queen size bed. The convenience of a laundry with washer and dryer plus gas heating for the winter months complete this package.
