Sea View is a unique timber and mudbrick house nestled in the hills behind Merimbula in tranquil bushland with beautiful rural, lake and ocean views. It is located 5 minutes (3 km) off the Princes Highway via an all-weather gravel road, only 15 minutes from town and beaches.

This roomy house featuring shady verandahs lies within fenced grassy grounds on a 100 acre forested property. The inside features lofty timber ceilings, skylights, galleries, staircase (with gate), a huge open stone fireplace and, slate floors downstairs with carpet upstairs. The open planning with lounge, dining, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, sitting room, full sized bathroom and en-suite ensures more than adequate comfort for 2 families or 7 - 9 people.

The spacious kitchen is fully self-contained and includes dishwasher, conventional oven and gas stove, and microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer. There is a BBQ for outdoor eating. Laundry facilities are available on request.

Blankets, doonas and pillows are provided (linen is required). Arrangement of beds consists of queen size in the main bedroom, double and a single bed in the 'chimney' room and 2 singles in the third bedroom.
