The only Real Estate Agency based in Little Mountain & Meridan Plains areaFirst National Parklands is a family-owned and operated business and are conveniently located in the popular Parklands Shopping Centre which houses the Parklands Tavern and Aldi on Parklands Boulevard Meridan Plains. The uniqueness of First National Parklands is that they are the only locally owned and operated agency based in the Little Mountain/Meridan Plains area.  They are not part of a Franchise as First National is one big family of individually owned members.The owners are Husband and Wife team, Chris & Marcia Smith who has lived in the Caloundra area for over 25 years.  Combined, they have over 35 years of experience in Real Estate.  During that time, they have owned and operated two successful Real Estate agencies.  Chris & Marcia are supported by Sales Associate, Jess Thomas. Both Chris & Marcia have received numerous awards and accolades for their achievements in the industry but they believe it is not all about that, it is all about their passion for the industry, providing good service and looking after people, after all, their business is your business and at First National Parklands, they "put you first".
