Linking Family Companies To Help Your Family!  Kevin Hodges began his career in real estate back in 1984 when he was employed as a Property Manager for a major real estate agency in the Port Adelaide area. He subsequently studied whilst working full-time for his full Agency License, graduating in 1987.  From there Kevin expanded into sales, eventually becoming Sales Manager and Auctioneer for his Agency Principal.  During the nineties Kevn was selectedby the National Chain to become a trainer.  This role saw him conducting workshops and seminars all over Australia.  He was also engaged to do training work with the REISA in South Australia. Kevin has always had a great passion for people using real estate as the way forward to creating resources for their families both for living and for returement.  He has conducted a large number of seminars to teach people how to get started and grow a significant portfolio of property for financial security. In the late nineties he and his wife jacqui started thier own office in Salisbury SA and within a couple of years had partnered up with a well known Adelaide real estate personality, Lin Andrews.  Kevin and Lin jointly owned this office which grew to two offices and some 13 full-time staff. In 2011 Kevin and Lin separated the two offices with Lin running the office in Salisbury and  Kevin running the one at Smithfield in the Northern Suburbs. In July 2013, Kevin left the franchise group as the Franchisor wanted to scale back the franchising part of their business. Today, the Office is trading as Kevin Hodges Real Estate.
