Deb La Rosa Licensee I moved to Bremer Bay in 2002 with my husband Joe (a local builder) and two young children (Daniel and Cassandra), with the intention to live and enjoy the relaxed family life the pristine beach side town had to offer, with plenty of time to play in mind. As time went on and the children grew I looked for more to fulfil my days, so decided that I would like to try my hand at Real Estate. I completed my Sales Certificate and worked for Albany Real Estate then moved onto Albany Prestige Realty. I thought then it was high time to start an Agency in the town I fell in love with, so after 7 months of hard studies (also still being a mum and wife) I completed my Triennial and then began Bremer Bay Realty in 2008. I ran Bremer Bay Realty as a single person agency for a number of years until Jeni Dawson approached me to come on board with me. Jeni and I made a good team together with Jeni on the ground meeting and greeting and me in the office taking care of paperwork . Then in 2013 Christine Watts and Michelle Dunham approached me to join the team which meant spreading our wings outside of Bremer Bay and moving toward Albany, Denmark, Mt Barker, Lake Grace and Surrounding Areas. Comment had been made by the public as to why Bremer Bay was selling in Albany etc. This got me thinking that maybe with reps outside of Bremer Bay we may need to change the trading name, hence why we are now called All South Realty. Which now take care of the Great Southern. Our new lady on board Bianca Pagano (based in Albany) has seen the business servicing even more areas such as Katanning, Broomehill, Kojonup, Woodanilling, Tenterden just to name a few. We are not your normal main stream Real Estate Agency as we are a mobile service with the office based in Bremer Bay. The ladies are happy to meet with clients when it suites them, whether it be after hours in their own home or even on weekends. Jeni Dawson Area: Bremer Bay My husband and I have been holidaying in Bremer Bay for the past 15 years. Four years ago we made the decision to move to Bremer Bay on a permanent basis to raise our two young boys with lifestyle and family being one of the most important factors. Bremer Bay allows us to spend that quality time with the boys. We are also just concluding the building of the brand new premises for the Bremer Bay B & B. Having fallen in love with the beauty and uniqueness of this town we wanted to share it with others. I have a high level of commitment and integrity and with over ten years of marketing experience, I ensured you a high level of service when you entrust me with the sale or purchase of your property. Bianca Pagano Area: Albany, Denmark, Mt Barker, Katanning, Broomehill, Kojonup, Woodenilling, Tenterden etc I started my Real Estate career at the young age of 18 for Ray White, as well as being involved in the family business of Project Management and Developments in which involved the creation of lifestyle and residential subdivisions, building of strata and commercial properties from Jurien Bay to West Perth, Subiaco, North Fremantle, Armadale. All the way down to the Great Southern areas of Narrogin, Mount Barker and Albany. I moved from Perth to Albany 9 years ago and call Albany my home. Having recently come back from a well deserved break, I am very motivated, ready and passionate to start again. Christine Watts Area: Albany, Denmark, Mt Barker, Kendenup My name is Christine Watts I was born in Albany and raised on a farm at Narrikup but upon meeting my husband moved to Katanning for several years later returning to Albany were my husband bought a Pest Control Business. Were we had two sons who also live in Albany. My love of sport includes darts; netball and basketball where I have make lifelong friends and unforgettable memories. In that time I was involved with varies committees and coaching young children in Netball and Basketball. My working life includes selling Real Estate in and around Albany for a number of years and then in the retail business as Department Head and Store Manager for a number of local business for 25 years. My passion for Real Estate has seen me move back into the business where I am working for All South Realty (formally Bremer Bay Realty) in the Albany, Denmark, and Mount Barker region. Michelle Dunham Area: Lake Grace & Surrounding Districts My name is Michelle Dunham and with my husband we farm North of Lake Grace. As a farming partner I help with the management decisions and operational procedures as well as financial management and bookkeeping. With our children returning to the family farm I feel it is the right time for me to pursue selling real estate which is something I have had an interest in for a very long time, having bought my first house at just 18 I have watched the market throughout its highs and lows for many years. In my time at Lake Grace I have worked at the Lake Grace District High School as a support aide and in the front office, I was on the canteen committee, worked and volunteered for the Community Resource Centre for many years and because of my enjoyment of taking photos help establish the Lake Grace Camera Club.
