Agent27 is a local property and real estate agency servicing the south-western suburbs of Brisbane and Ipswich. Our service area includes:the southern suburbs of Ipswich (including Collingwood Park, Bellbird Park, Redbank Plains, Springfield Lakes, Camira, Gailes and Goodna);the western Brisbane community of Forest Lake (including Heathwood, Pallara, Carole Park); andthe western centenary suburbs of Brisbane including Jamboree Heights, Jindalee, Middle Park, Mount Ommaney, Riverhills, and Westlake. I believe in offering a property service that differs from the 'traditional' (often negatively viewed) processes of real estate agents, and aim to provide a service that reflects honesty, integrity and complete transparency to property buyers and sellers alike. As a 100% mobile business, we do not have the added costs associated with running a commercial office. As a result we can save our clients $1000s...Our Reputation:For over 10 years I have worked incredibly hard to ensure that my reputation is associated with honesty, trust and transparency. This is something that has been instilled in me since I was young, and something that I pride myself on. For those that know me, you will be very aware that I am the sort of person that takes great exception to anyone that is stretching the truth!I am of the opinion that if you provide clients with honest, knowledgeable and well-researched information, then you will be perceived in a positive light. I do not understand any business that prides itself merely on its ability to achieve sales, at any cost (including the cost of its own reputation) – this notion is very prevalent throughout the real estate industry, and is one of the reasons that I founded the Agent 27 Real Estate Agency. It is my goal as the principal of Agent27 to ensure that my agency provides our clients with a positive real estate experience, and to constantly ensure we are 100% honest and upfront at all times. It is my aim to try and break down some of the negative connotations and stigma that has slowly become synonymous with the real estate industry.  Accreditation & Experience:As the principal of the Agent 27 Real Estate Agency, I bring a long list of qualifications, experience and accreditations to the role. First and foremost, I am fully accredited and qualified as a real estate agent in Queensland (and hold a current Real Estate Agent's licence issued by the Queensland Government).
