Situated just 3 1/2 hours drive north of Sydney, Forster-Tuncurry is nestled between the shores of magnificent Wallis Lake and the sparkling Pacific Ocean.
The area is a natural playground for popular recreational, sporting & leisure activities such as fishing, lawn bowls, golf (two 18 hole links), water skiing, surfing, and much more. There is a range of surfing beaches, providing a variety of surfing conditions, with several of the beaches regularly patrolled during the summer season. The lake and rock pool offer a quieter alternative for those who prefer calm water.
Forster-Tuncurry has the facilities to support a permanent population of 18,000 which swells to around 72,000 during the peak holiday period.
