Eighty20 Property Management is a family owned property management real estate agency and have choosen to remain independent of any group or franchise to allow flexibility in meeting the needs and expectations of our stakeholders - landlords, tenants, financiers and suppliers with whom we aim to develop a long term relationship built on personal trust, absolute transparency and consistent high performance. So, where are we different?  We work strictly on a Fee for Service model as we prefer to get paid for what we do rather than on a % of what our clients receive in rental income. We believe that is fair and equitable – no longer are you subsiding the cost of other landlords property management costs.  We adhere to a Know Your Client rule by asking good questions to arrive at good answers - understanding the type of investor, goals and objectives for your investment property help determine the strategies we implement to manage your property and maximise your return.  We adopt a regular weekly dispersal plan, making sure that rental income is always within your hands – reducing interest charges on any mortgage and increased equity for further property investment.  We match tenants to the property with longer term tenancies to provide our clients certainty of income with reduced turnover and vacancy rates – providing peace of mind of your financial committments. Quality service is paramount to us – we communicate regularly, both written and verbal, with consistent, sufficient and relevant information and invite you to be a part of all property inspections so you can experience first-hand how we work.  We adopt best practice principles in everything that we do and embrace technology making it easy to do business with us – ensuring owning or renting a property is a simple and stress free experience, We will NEVER go home without returning a phone call received during regular business hours and we will ALWAYS put our client’s interest above our own.  Research has shown that over 90% of tenants and home buyers use the internet as their first point of call with regard to property review so we refuse to open an expensive retail shopfront, drive prestige vehicles or participate in expensive billboard advertising and marketing campaigns that do no more than promote the agent - we prefer to pass on these saving’s to our clients through our Fee for Service model.  We will never be the biggest, nor will we be the cheapest, but word has spread that we are a property management real estate agency with a difference and property owners seem to agree as most of our client’s are now referred to us as we provide a comprehensive professional real estate service.
