Glenvill began in 1958 when Australia’s economy was smaller and the population was a mere 8 million people. Business was very different but opportunities were everywhere and founder, Michael Warson commenced the building of his first home. Michael Warson founded Glenvill Homes by creating a range of brilliantly planned, superbly functional and aesthetically pleasing homes. Since then, Glenvill has built more than 10,000 homes and has continued to introduce a stream of innovations. Glenvill has built throughout Australia and in the United States and has been involved in designing and building high rise offices, luxury apartments and retirement villages. In 1989 Glenvill Regional responded to strong enquiry by Geelong residents, launching their first building franchise in Victoria. We are proud to have gathered and experience professional group of builder operators who deliver the Glenvill philosophy throughout Victoria, Southern & Northern Rivers NSW, and Southern QLD and into South Australia. Over the past 23 years, Glenvill Regional have developed a large range of designs that has resulted in over 100 Housing Industry Awards. We are proud to have one of Australia’s largest ranges of new homes available to the market today. Glenvill’s goal and committed is always to provide our Operators and Customers with a high level of service, quality and innovation in everything we do. With over 55 years in the building industry, Glenvill are very excited at the prospects for Franchising into the future.
