Kevin Brincat established the Company in 2020 after his business partner David Evans retired after almost 10 years in business together. Kevin Brincat Real Estate is a new innovative company which is well placed to adapt to the rapid changes that the industry faces. The aim of the business is a have more simple but strategic approach so we can offer our customers products and services that they may not be able to afford with other Real Estate Companies. This approach comes off the back of its new way of servicing customers. No longer does the business have the massive overheads and now we can be more flexible and cost effective.  Our Team is living and working amongst there communities with there now mobile offices, engaging with there communities and forging strong relationships.
