NextGen Realty was established by Adrian Veche in 2011 to
offer sellers a fair commission and advertising structure. Our results show sellers keep more
money in their pocket when selling their property with us, after all they
deserve it.
Our number one priority is to achieve top dollar for every
seller, utilising the most effective means of advertising, while keeping the
cost as low as possible.
We pride ourselves with our level of customer service. When

We treat people how we would like to be treated, regardless of who we are

Our ability to charge a fair commission and help with the
advertising costs is a direct result of our reduced ongoing expenses, primarily
from not operating out of a traditional office. The agent’s office is no longer
the primary place for conducting business, instead it is the buyer’s and
seller’s home/workplace where paperwork is signed. All other office tasks are
performed at our home office.
Operating out of a home office has the added benefit of not
having a set open and close time, instead we are available around the clock,
365 days a year for your convenience.
We do not just sell properties and help people relocate, we
endeavour to build long lasting relationships, as without clients, we have no
