Whilst NuTrend completed carpentry on homes for other national builders, Tim’s enthusiasm and high quality workmanship drew attention. The quality of work from NuTrend Constructions allowed the business to begin a broader range of work; ranging from extensions and renovations to second storey extensions. As Tim endeavoured to build quality homes for other national builders he realised that new home owners were not enjoying their experiences and were left with a lot of work to complete on their new homes. Tim’s epiphany lead to the development of ‘The Complete Package’ which allows for new homes to have extensive inclusions such as landscaping, blinds, appliances and cleaning services. Tim then created the business NuTrend Quality Homes alongside Peter Nastrom in 2011. As NuTrend Quality Homes has grown over the year’s skilled staff have been recruited to help deliver a high quality home with a high level of customer service. With ventures into new regions in the South East Queensland in 2016 they take with them family values and high quality of work.
