At Perceptions, we have been building quality homes since 1982. In that time lifestyles have changed dramatically, and our home designs have evolved right along with them; the kids move out of home later, everyone is working longer – our luxury double and single storey designs reflect that it’s never been more important for a home to provide space and sanctuary. What hasn’t changed in over 34 years is Perceptions’ attention to detail. We build your home as if it were our own. All workmanship is checked by a Site Supervisor and then double-checked by a Senior Site Supervisor. To complement the quality of the build, we finish your home with superior fixtures, fittings and appliances.  Just as importantly, you’re guaranteed stability as Perceptions is part of BGC, Australia’s largest building group. Through BGC, Perceptions has direct access to top quality products and materials needed to build your new home. From bricks and window frames, through to cement and roofing tiles - sourcing these products from within BGC allows us to control the quality of our materials and build you a superior home, without the frustration of supply shortages and delays.
