Rich Real Estate

Rich Real Estate hails from a long and prestigious history.  Our founder, Joshua Samuel Rich was one of seven children and the son of a greengrocer.  His family originally settled in Kalgoorlie before moving to York.Joshua moved away from his father's profession to become one of Western Australia's first independent Wool Brokers.  With selling and brokering in his blood, he naturally progressed from this to Real Estate, establishing in the Mount Lawley area J.S. Rich & Company in 1958.He later formed a partnership with Philip Smith, an inaugural student of Trinity College, Riverside Drive.  In 1978, with Joshua reaching retirement, Philip took the reins.Now known as Rich Real Estate, we continue to go from strength to strength, drawing from our long history and greater knowledge and understanding of this area.
