Amidst today’s compliance requirements, Richmont keeps abreast of relevant laws including safety laws, workplace health and safety, health legislation and local authority by-laws. This awareness is shared with the owners’ corporation. If there is any lack of compliance the owners’ corporation is informed. On behalf of the owners’ corporation Richmont engages specialists to review compliance and audit functions as required. Communication is vital and at Richmont Management we stay in touch with the owners’ corporation and its executive committee as well as attending owners’ corporation meetings.
