RKP Management Service provides a full range of Property Management and Property Maintenance solutions for the owners of investment properties in the greater Brisbane area with the aim of achieving a maximum return on investment. ‘CARING FOR YOUR PROPERTY’We maintain a manageable size rent roll and provide the following services as standard to all owners:      - Collection of rent – 5% of rent collected plus GST.      - Management Fee – 2% of rent collected plus GST.      - Quarterly inspections (including testing of smoke alarms & safety switches)      - Monthly drive by of property.      - Monthly statement and remittance to owners.      - General handyman work and maintenance at $44 per hour – materials at cost.      - Co-ordination of tradesman repairs (electrical/plumbing) in consultation with owners.      - No fees for preparation of new leases for existing tenants.      - No administration fees.      - Letting fee for new tenants equivalent to first weeks rent (+GST) which covers:                     Advertising on Domain & realestate                     Standard sign on property                     Processing if application.                     Tenant screening and selection.                       Preparation and signing of lease and associated documentation.
