Chloe and I have been active in the property space for 6 years now purchasing our first investment property when we were 18 years old. We too have been on a journey of education, experience and implementation of different property fundamentals to understand the market. In 2018, we extended our portfolio abroad, researching different property market trends to invest. We are currently focusing on a strong 'buy and hold' strategy to ensure we are creating a legacy for our future family. Our background in investing in multiple markets provides us great confidence in our ability to analyse both suburb potential performance and cash flow management.From our success with our personal portfolio, growing up in poorly managed rental and others sharing their experiences, has driven us to start a business that can truly benefit the property community.
