About Adrian Aldous

Prior to the commencement of Value Plus Realty in 2012 the Licensee Adrian worked for one of the major Real Estate franchises in Port Macquarie. A simple but effective plan was to open an Agency in the Port Macquarie CBD and keep costs down and pass the savings onto clients. However keeping costs down was not to scrimp on advertising or not communicating with the public. Also recognising all clients should have the right to communicate with an estate agent during weekends the Agency is open 7 days for everyones benefit. Homes almost sell themselves but require thorough advertising and most importantly a trusting hard working agent who works for you the home owner. But to be assured of obtaining the best price possible the home must be correctly marketted across all forms of modern advertising which includes the major internet sites, print publication and an office which benefits local buyers and visitors with large window displays. When an offer is received vendors will be assured of honesty which includes professional advice. You won't find our sold properties having the tag, `price not disclosed' unless vendors direct us to do so. We publish our sold prices and are proud to do so knowing we achieved the very best price in the given circumstances. Plus add, our low fees for a full service agency and we say you will always be in front when listing with Value Plus Realty with our statement 100% true `best fees and marketing '
