Adrian feels extremely fortunate to have been brought up in a real estate environment which is also underpinned by strong academic credentials as a Licensed Agent & Auctioneer and Justice of the Peace.
When asked to describe what makes for a successful sale, Adrian answers "communication is critical." Adrian believes that clients benefit from having a strong grasp of the sales process. With this in mind, Adrian goes to great lengths to educate his clients about every aspect of a sale from the establishment of price expectations through to the development of each client's marketing campaign. Adrian has an understanding that clients need to obtain the best possible sales result for their home and his 15-plus years in real estate means he has the precise negotiating skills necessary to get the absolute best result for each client
Open and honest, Adrian is also known for giving his clients frank, prudent advice about the value of any property in which they have an interest for purchase. With access to Raine & Horne's global database Adrian has an exceptional ability to access more buyers bringing a premium for his client's properties.
