The long established Real Estate company of David Marshall has seen many changes over their 45 year existence and now is seen as the time for a fresh new look, image and branding update.  Initially trading as David Marshall Real Estate in Belmont. The company progressed through a number of phases including a period with the L.J Hooker group. In 1992 it joined the First National Co-operative and during its membership winning many awards state wide, nationally and on numerous occasions was voted Lake Macquarie's best real estate agency.  Another development stage occurred in 2006 when acquired and we merged with the Jeff Laybutt owned Raine & Horne franchise office at Belmont and re branded it to David Marshall First National.  Having grown now to a staff of over twenty enthusiastic sales, property management and administration specialists in two locations at Belmont and Redhead, it was time for an image and branding upgrade. MARSHALLS PROPERTY now gives us exactly that.    As a gold member of the Real Estate academy training organisation we are at the cutting edge of the changing trends throughout the industry.  Strong industry success over many years and the widespread use of the internet nationally and globally plus a strong presence in the local print media has developed a standard excellence and consistency in the company that we feel can be maintained and of further advanced as an independent agency.  Company Directors David and Amanda Ayliffe continue to lead the team and founding Director David Marshall acts in a consulting capacity and as the company auctioneer.  Thank you to all our past and present clients for your continued support, we look forward to maintaining and creating new relationships here at Marshalls Property.
