Andrew Yong has earned himself a reputation of being a highly respected & dedicated advisor to his clients regarding their real estate requirements. Andrew's clients are long-standing and referral based with some of Andrew’s clients following him from Malaysia where he first commenced his career in 1984. His first role in Malaysia was a Valuation Assistant and Sales Executive in a well established property consultant firm. Within ten years in that firm, Andrew has developed a real understanding of property both in value and in marketing. With this knowledge, Andrew migrated to Australia in 1994 and managed to join a boutique real estate agent in eastern suburb as a leasing clerk. Andrew’s long career has seen him nominated for multiple awards in real estate excellence. He is also fluent in an impressive array of languages – English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Malay, Hakka and Indonesian. Andrew Yong's company joins Laing + Simmons Kingsford, an established agency of over 26 years, in this exciting venture to provide continuing sales and management services.
