Specialising in Copacabana, Avoca Beach and Kincumber on the Central Coast, Anita attributes her great appreciation, innate understanding and knowledgeable insight of coastal lifestyle and property to growing up in Pacific Palms on the mid-north coast of NSW. Venturing into real estate in 2002, she experienced a swift and successful induction – setting a record area sale of $2.8million at Elizabeth Beach, NSW, a rural sale record of $2million for Pacific Palms, and becoming the licensee in charge of an award-winning real estate agency – all within her first three years in the industry! According to Anita, her success is a direct result of her strong business principles. “I pride myself in conducting my business with honesty, integrity and professionalism,” Anita says. “The process of selling and buying a house is a big deal and it’s one that I want my clients to enjoy – which is why I make it my priority to ensure a pressure and stress-free environment for my clients.” Anita moved to the Central Coast in 2008 taking up a sales role with the prestigious McGrath Estate Agents leading her to branch out further and launch One Agency Anita Ellis-Case in 2011.
