Established in 2014, Link Residential Group was developed as a real estate agent under Ventura Home Group, who have grown to include five specialist brands since 1993, providing builder services throughout the Perth Metropolitan and South West Regions of Western Australia.At Link Residential Group, we pride ourselves on offering an in-house service to Ventura iD clients to successfully market and sell investments for both off the plan sales and completed homes.In addition to the above mentioned, Link Residential Group also work with developers to secure wholesale land to market and sell house and land packages, as well as manage the sale of land.We market and sell display homes and manage the lease back on behalf of Ventura Home Group, in addition to marketing and selling ready built homes to the public. We also project manage syndicate developments to ensure all requirements are met in an efficient and professional manner.
