Hartigan Bolt

Hartigan Bolt is a new commercial property agency, based in North Sydney that specialises in the leasing, sale and management of commercial property, on the North Shore, on behalf of private and institutional owners. The directors are Chris Hartigan and David Bolt who together have over 30 years experience in the commercial property market. Both Chris and David previously held senior positions with CB Richard Ellis. David was a Senior Director, based in North Sydney responsible for sales and was with CBRE for some 10 years. Chris joined CBRE in 2001 from Hortons and was a senior Associate Director and licensee of the office. Chris and David have been joined by Michael Vanstone who was also previously with CB Richard Ellis in their North Shore leasing team.
