The John B Grant Real Estate Group first commenced trading at Condell Park office at the beginning of 1981. Establishing a second office at Padstow in 1982 saw a progressive expansion to a third office at Chester Hill in 1984 and a fourth office at Moorebank in 1986. A partnership split saw the Moorebank and Chester Hill offices still remain under the John B Grant banner. In 1990, Glenfield office was opened. After a few years of successful trading a second shop adjoining the first one was added. In 1997 due to expansion a third shop was added to the existing two giving the largest window display in the area. In 1995 with Danielle Perombelon Grants Strata management was formed. Originally they worked in the Glenfield office. Rapid expansion saw the Strata Company move to the third office at Glenfield in 1997. In 2001 Grants Strata took over the Casula office. In 2002 another office was opened in Burwood. Logistic and computer problems forced us to move to our present address, which houses the 14 staff members and the bookwork for over 300 blocks of units, which are under management. In 2006 John sold this office to Danielle.   In 2007 John Grant decided to scale down his operation so he sold the Strata Company, the Moorebank and Glenfield offices. In 2008 he retired to his farm at Foxground. Zeth and Bree, his children carried on the running of the Chester Hill office. In early 2009 Zeth suggested that the market was getting busy and asked his father to come out of retirement and help build up the office again.
