As Director, Harcourts Batemans Bay, Dene oversaw just under $54 million worth of properties settled last year alone-to sellers, buyers, investors and developers along the South Coast. He has broken many sales records, including with individual homes, multi-unit complexes, land releases and major developments.
Dene drove the marketing and sales of luxury waterfront Ohana, the largest unit development in the Eurobodalla, cementing his reputation as a 'go-to-agent' for off-plan and development sales. In addition to Ohana, Dene listed 363 land lots at Wolumla Estate, selling more than half of Stage 1 lots before formally marketing. In 2022, he worked on 3 other developments, large and small, and has more in the pipeline.
When relocating to Batemans Bay in 2011, Dene brought to the coast the wealth of experience and knowledge he built selling real estate in Canberra for some of the capital's most prestigious builders and real estate agencies. He was a Top 10 Agent at Luton Properties and known for achieving record sales prices in suburbs all over the ACT.
