About Dominique Rees

Dominique Rees brings energy and versatility to her role as Property Management Executive at The Property Collective. With more than two years in the industry under her belt, Dom's journey has been anything but ordinary. She first began her career as a house painter before stepping into real estate, briefly returning to painting as a sole trader, only to realise her heart was firmly in property. Today, she brings the best of both worlds, combining the hands-on problem-solving skills of a tradesperson with the people-focused approach of a registered agent.

Drawn to real estate from a young age thanks to her love of architecture and the excitement of matching people with homes and investments, Dom has found her niche in maintenance coordination. She approaches her work with a fresh mindset, a willingness to help, and a genuine desire to create smooth, stress-free experiences for both landlords and tenants.

Outside of work, Dom is just as energetic. You'll often find her boxing, fishing, or heading to the beach with her dogs in the warmer months. She's also a music lover at heart, with a passion for festivals and live events. While she may come across as confident and outgoing, Dom admits she's rather shy, a detail most people wouldn't guess at first.

Dedicated, approachable, and armed with a unique skillset, Dom is a key part of the team, bringing both heart and hustle to property management and maintenance.
