Established as a family business right from its beginnings back in 1995, North Shore Realty combines a unique ‘one-stop-shop’ integrated real estate service with a genuine passion for the region and love of the local community. Started when siblings Jay, Gillian and Cath (with the assistance of their mother Margaret) decided to go into business with their respective spouses – Debbie, Noel and Keith, the North Shore Realty business model strongly reflects the family dynamic from which it was founded. Initially established as a sales and permanent rentals business, it soon became evident to the partners that they would better meet the demands of their clientele if they could provide many related services under one business umbrella – thus ensuring the client receives the same high standard of service no matter what their individual requirements. The expansion of North Shore Realty over the past 25+ years included the purchase of an additional office in Coolum and the specialisation of each partner into their own area of the business. Being a family owned business operated by individuals with close connections to their community ensures everyone on the team at North Shore Realty strives to service their clients with integrity and professionalism at all times.
