We Believe Real Estate is not about bricks and mortar, it is about the people that we deal with. The elderly widow who is moving into a home after living in the same house where she raised her family for 40 years. It is the young family looking for an affordable family home before the new bub arrives. It is the baby boomers who have dedicated their lives to the kids, and new they have left home are looking for their dream property. It is the savvy investors who smile with pride as they add another property to their portfolio. It’s the single buyers who are setting up on their own and putting a roof over their heads for themselves, they work and save hard to achieve. Real Estate can be many things to many different people, but for us it is the people. We have worked together in the Mooloolaba area for 17 years and pride on the repeat business that we get. Long term clients have become friends, and we find ourselves dealing with generations of the same family. We like to keep things simple that is why our logo is black and white, that’s how we do business. In this fast paced world we all live in sometimes nice to sit and have a cup of tea and just put pen to paper, rather than push a button. We do things the old fashioned way. We just do what we say we are going to do. We take the time to listen to what it is you really need and work towards achieving it for you. You trust us with what is probably one of the biggest assets, we will look after it for you.
