James began his real estate career 16 years ago in Balmain. In fact James has been in the real estate industry since completing his higher school certificate in 1990 dedicating his working life to property. Initially choosing to specialise in property management, in particular acting as a successful new business consultant, he has built a large client base of premium property owners. It was a natural progression for James to be involved in the selling of premium apartments with his core focus on the Pyrmont market. During this time he has kept up to date with industry practice with extensive ongoing training and become conversant with all facets of buyer management and expert negotiation skills. Since joining Morton & Morton in 2001James has become an integral part of Morton & Morton and is now an Associate Director of the business and the Team Manager of our Pyrmont office located on Darling Island. His ability to put clients at ease with his expert knowledge and common sense approach has enabled him to build on Morton & Morton's high standards of client service and create strong relationships with both his vendors and buyers, something he is both proud of and enjoys. In his role in selling James draws on many years of industry experience and high client service values to provide our clients expert advice to realise their property aspirations.
