About Jason Ward

The Consummate Optimist With a Midas Touch Authentic, positive, articulate, clever, kind and calm. Jason Ward has the most unique and energizing perspective of anyone I have met. He doesn’t merely view life through rose coloured glasses his lenses are a utopian rainbow swirl. In Jason’s world everything is possible, problems are drained of energy while a herculean focus is lent to solutions. Budding from a keen wood worker to carpenters apprentice, through to a developer/builder with his own successful business. Jason is a rare and exotic creature in real estate. He is an agent who knows not only the market value of your home but the actual structural value. And if that wasn’t enough he also understands how to improve it with the least cost. Manna from heaven. But Jason is more than a builder in the literal sense; he is an artisan in the metaphorical sense. When he talks about his work and future it’s all about growing, nurturing, making something and being connected. It’s this connection that drives him - a very real desire to be part of people’s lives in an intimate and honest way. Despite being remarkably modest and free of ego, his motivation to succeed is solid and simple; connecting with people, helping them and having such a good time it doesn’t even feel like work. Jason is one of those people with a Midas touch, someone whose presence in a project is sure to make it golden. Yet his easy disposition makes his hard work and determination look effortless. He really is something!
