Call me old-fashioned, but I believe the original 'Mr Hooker' got it right when he made that statement. It's such a simple philosophy that seems very hard to find in the consumer world these days. Each and every one of us expects great service? Clients and customers love it and appreciate it!

When you deliver an exemplary level of service you can't fail; people remember you, they trust you and they come back to you. The alternative is they won't!

I've always had a passion for real estate and it's a profession I've enjoyed doing for over 10 years. It's a job I love and I enjoy helping people.

It is about the people, and I've always believed in the basic principles of good, old fashioned service.

• But the neighbour's cat does spend a lot of time at our place.
