An enthusiastic team member of Laing + Simmons, Kathryn is enjoying her 5th year with the office. Kathryn is involved in 2 aspects of the office, those being: - Property management of residential and commercial property. - Residential sales Property Manager As a property manager she offers a hands on approach, ensuring our property owners and tenants are able to contact her to discuss any requirements. "We have a long term view with our property management, this enables our office to work with our clients for both their current and future plans" Residential Sales In recent years Kathryn has assisted with the sale of residential property. In that time she has shown a willingness to work the extra hours and time required to ensure our property sellers achieve the best possible price for their property. On-going real estate training also forms part of her role in keeping up-to-date with market and legislation changes.
