Kellie has recently joined Georgette Nehme Real Estate after having gained an extensive background in real estate property management and real estate office administration over a period of 13 years. Kellie started her career in real estate in 2001 in the inner Melbourne suburb of Brighton East, managinga large rent roll for a local suburban agency that included properties in the suburbs of Brighton, St Kilda, South Yarra, Prahran, Caufield, North Melbourne and Melbourne City.
Kellie had originally grown up on a farm in the Mallee district of Victoria prior to her move to Melbourne. After spending 2 years in the city as a property manager, Kellie decided to return to her country roots and she has spent the past 11 years in the Albury-Wodonga region, working in the real estate industry. Kellie has spent time working in both a larger corporate style agency at Landmark-Harcourts in Lavington as well as for the smaller and more personalised family owned agency at Paull and Scollard in central Albury. In each of these roles Kellie managed properties in Albury and Wodonga as well as the surrounding smaller rural towns on both sides of the border, including rural acreage properties.
More recently, Kellie has also spent time working in the livestock side of real estate as a stock and station agent. This coupled with her own country upbringing has given Kellie a great understanding of country people and the country way of life. Kellie can now offer her vast knowledge and experience of managing many different types of rental properties and dealing with many different types of people, to help and assist her clients of today.
Kellie enjoys the daily interaction of the cut and thrust of real estate and the people she meets as well as the variety and unpredictability of her role. She takes a great deal of pride in the way she performs her tasks in her endeavours to achieve the best possible results for her clients.
