Since joining MMJ’s Town Planning Division in 2003, Luke has quickly gained experienced in the NSW planning system, at both State and Local levels. Luke works closely with many developers, consultants, Councils, State Agencies and the like. Previously a building estimator, his knowledge in construction has aided his quick understanding of the planning industry which is being assisted by studies at The University of New England (Bachelor of Urban & Regional Planning). This experience has helped direct the company’s Town Planning Services to clients.
