Lyn has worked for Fitzpatricks Real Estate for over 27 years, beginning her tenure in 1983. Lyn specialises in Property Management and Human Resources and is the immediate past Chairperson of the Property Management Chapter of the Real Estate Institute of NSW, sitting on the committee since 2002. Her extensive knowledge of property management, legislation and practice and creating an enjoyable, friendly and unified workplace are the great attributes that Lyn brings to the Fitzpatrick's team. Lyn has a Real Estate Licence; Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training; a Senior First Aid Certificate; is a Justice of the Peace (JP) and blood donor. Lyn's hobbies include teaching dance; attending the gym and has also been made a Life Member of the Kooringal Public School P & C. Lyn also enjoys her involvement with the Forrest Centre, as a Board member. Apart from raising four children, Lyn's greatest professional achievement to date is being made Director of Fitzpatrick's Real Estate. She is also very proud of the manner in which Fitzpatrick's conducts its business and communicates with clients. Lyn firmly believes - 'You give your best not because you need to impress people, you give your best because that's the only way to enjoy your work.'
