Mal entered real estate on leaving school and was a licensed Real Estate Agent and Valuer when he was 21. Mal has owned and run agencies for many years as well as undertaking many small developments and describes himself as a frustrated architect. Mal has now resided in the Douglas Shire for 18 years since leaving Sydney and as an owner of commercial property tends to specialize in commercial and investment sales but still loves the thrill of helping somebody into their new residence.
