The business grew with the introduction of the Commercial Division in 1986 and relocated to its current premises in 1989. The Commercial Division had grown to such an extent by 1998 it was established as a separate franchise – Raine & Horne Commercial Beenleigh. The name was changed in 2000 to Raine & Horne Commercial Beenleigh – Yatala – Logan City to better represent its growing market dominance. The Raine & Horne business is part of a 30 Commercial office network represented throughout Australia. By mid 2000 the business had out grown its single owner and was restructured with a new company being formed – Ecom Realty Pty Ltd – now owned by the original owner Dennis Wey and one new Director John Tamblyn who was a long standing employee of the Company. John & Dennis now serve as Joint Managing Directors. Since the inception of Ecom Realty Pty Ltd, the Commercial franchise has grown from two employees to a total of 6 employees ensuring that Commercial Property owners needs are professionally handled with a focus on achieving Client outcomes in the Commercial Property Market – Sales, Leasing and Property Management.
