This amalgamation was a strategic move by Hayek founder, Joseph Hayek, who was looking to expand and offer his valued clients an even more comprehensive service with the backing of a well-known brand and a respected group.

One of Sydney's longest servicing residential and commercial property sales and management specialists, Joseph started Hayek in 1987 as an ambitious 21 year old. What started as a make-or-break venture in a Potts Point basement with enough capital to last two months has grown into one of Sydney's largest offices, of which Joseph remains at the forefront.
